Open Rec aggregates publicly available rink and pool schedules so you can find open sessions. We don’t operate the rinks or pools listed, and we don’t control their pricing, availability, or hours. Session times are pulled from each facility’s own booking system or published schedule and can be wrong, stale, or change without notice — always confirm with the facility before showing up.
You don’t need an account to browse schedules, filter sessions, or use the map. An account is only required to reserve a spot. You must be at least 16 years old to create one, and you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.
Creating an account means you consent to our collecting and using your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your personal information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Don’t misuse the service: no scraping or reselling our data, no attempts to disrupt the site, no impersonating others, no using the service for anything unlawful.
Open Rec is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the accuracy of any listed schedule, pricing, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Rec and its operators aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including a wasted trip to a rink over a stale schedule.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Open Rec operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
